Corporate & Educational Workshops

Therapeutic and stress-reducing by nature, group workshops are ideal for educators, work teams, healthcare workers, parents, or just a group of friends! Group sessions help build empathy and trust, improve emotional regulation, and enhance verbal and non-verbal communication for the betterment of group dynamics. Mindful leadership skills learned in group sessions can be applied to working with your students, patients, employees, children, and other potentially challenging interactions.

Some examples of workshop topics include:
Stress Management
— learn skills to improve your emotional awareness and ability to cope with acute or chronic stressors. In group sessions, we will also address the psychophysiology of the body’s stress response, engage mindful leadership skills to identify physical or behavioral stress markers in others, and develop effective practices for self-care, self-regulation, and aiding someone in distress or crisis.
Mindful Leadership— develop and enhance your leadership skills through evidence-based theories and mindful approaches to organizational effectiveness. Emerge with the knowledge and tools to become a reflexive leader, learning ways to address burnout, loss of engagement, low performance, team morale, and compassion fatigue.
MBI Toolbox — learn various mindfulness-based interventions (MBIs) and how to apply them in different situations. Some practices you will learn include mindful breathing, sensory exercises, and grounding techniques.
Healing Circle — an invitation to healers, those seeking healing, and anyone curious about holistic approaches to achieve and maintain optimum wellness. Healing Circles are an opportunity to engage with other practitioners and to learn about and experience various modalities for healing.
Mindful Arts — engage with different arts modalities to activate the parasympathetic nervous system (PNS). Some examples of guided mindful arts engagement may include kintsugi, reflective writing, neurographic arts, or movement.
